Equipment for hire at Long Ashton Community Centre
When you hire a room or hall, you can also use our equipment. Some items are free and others have a hire fee. Here is what is available.
Tables
- Large rectangle tables, 180cm x 70cm, seat 6 to 8 (free)
- Small square tables, 90cm x 70cm, seat 2 to 4 (free)
- Round tables, 1.5m diameter, seat 8 to 10 (£5 each)
- Round table covers, black, 1.5m diameter (£3 each)
Chairs
- Chairs (free)
- Chair covers, white, 100 available (£2 each)
Kitchen items
- Crockery (free)
- Glasses for water, beer, wine and champagne (free)
- Cooking equipment such as pots and pans (free)
Party pack
- 30 sets of plastic crockery, plates, cups and cutlery, good for children's parties (£8)
Presentation
- Portable projector and screen (£30)
- Fixed projector and screen, in the Village Hall only (£100)
- Whiteboard (£5)
Alcohol licence
- Bring your own, with no charge for alcohol on the premises (£20)
- Licence for selling, where alcohol will be sold during the event (£30)
Lighting and sound
- Lighting and sound in the Village Hall, and sound in the Jubilee Pavilion (free)
WiFi
- WiFi is available in all halls and rooms apart from the Tennis Pavilion
