Important booking information

Bookings can be made online. Once a booking is made, it will be approved, and an email confirmation and invoice received. If the community centre is not notified of a cancellation within 2 weeks of the booking a fee may be incurred and if a paid booking is cancelled a fee of £20 will be charged. Users have access to all their booking information and can make repeat bookings and manage their account online. For large bookings or parties a surety deposit of £150 will be required and any damages paid for from it. If a party leaves after 00.00 which contravenes the centres licence a fee of £100 will be charged. If there are any specific requirements for a booking please contact us to discuss.

Children's parties

Children's parties can be held in the Club Room and Sports Hall (these are booked together), the Village Hall or Jubilee Pavilion. Party booking slots are 10am to 1pm or 2pm to 5pm and the cost is £75. If you are hiring a bouncy castle please book the Club Room and Sports Hall as there is a high ceiling.

There is a reduction in fees for organisations that book regularly or are not for profit.
