The Community Centre has 6 indoor rooms to hire, plus extensive outdoor facilities:
- Two tennis courts, available for public use
- A bowling green
- A multi-purpose arena
- Football pitches
- Play areas
The Recreation Ground
The recreation ground has a play area with equipment for a wide age range, plus plenty of open green space for running around, picnics or playing with friends.
There is also a multi-purpose games area, which can be used for:
- football
- basketball
- netball
- learning to ride a bicycle
- fitness classes
Tennis court
Long Ashton Tennis Club is a friendly club playing on 2 courts behind the Community Centre on Keedwell Hill. Players of all ages and standards are very welcome to come and try a few sessions.
We play mixed, ladies and men's doubles and singles at these times:
- Mondays, 10.00-12.00 and 19.30-22.00
- Tuesdays, 10.00-13.00
- Wednesdays, 19.30-22.00
- Fridays, 10.00-12.00
- Saturdays, 14.00-17.00
- Sundays, 14.00-16.00
We play friendlies with other clubs, hold club tournaments and social events and, as a Lawn Tennis Association Registered Club (see Places to Play and find a court), also have some club Wimbledon tickets each year. There is an annual membership to join, with a reduction for juniors.

Bowling Club
Bowling at Long Ashton is a sociable "Sport for All" where you can meet new friends, take gentle exercise and enjoy the great outdoors. We are a thriving, mixed club catering for all age groups and abilities, and new members are always welcome.
There are opportunities for players of all levels, from beginners to advanced, and qualified coaches offer coaching sessions to anyone who is interested.
What members get
- Playing members have free access to and use of the green throughout the summer season.
- The green and pavilion are fully accessible for those with mobility difficulties.
- All members can use our spacious lounge, covered terrace and fully licensed bar.
