Facilities at Long Ashton Community Centre
BOOKINGS
Bookings can be made online. Once a booking is made, it will be approved, and an email confirmation and invoice received. If the community centre is not notified of a cancellation within 2 weeks of the booking a fee may be incurred and if a paid booking is cancelled a fee of £20 will be charged. Users have access to all their booking information and can make repeat bookings and manage their account online. For large bookings or parties a surety deposit of £150 will be required and any damages paid for from it. If a party leaves after 00.00 which contravenes the centres licence a fee of £100 will be charged. If there are any specific requirements for a booking please contact us to discuss.
Children's parties
Children's parties in the Club Rom and Sports Hall or Village Hall. 10am to 1pm or 2pm to 5pm. (£75)
PRICES
There is a reduction in fees for organisations that book regularly or are not for profit.
EQUIPMENT
There is equipment available to use when hiring a room or hall. Some items are free whilst others incur a hire fee.
Tables
Large rectangle tables (sits 6-8)- 180cm x 70cm (free)
Small square tables (sits 2-4) - 90cm x 70cm (free)
Round tables (sits 8-10) - 1.5m diameter (£5 each)
Round table covers (black) 1.5m diameter (£3 each)

Chair covers (white) - £2 each
Party pack
A pack of plastic crockery, plates, cups and cutlery - 30 sets (£8)

BYO (alcohol is not charged for on the premises) (£10)
Licence for selling (alcohol will be sold during the event (£20)
Lighting and sound
There is lighting and sound available in the Village Hall and sound available in the Jubilee Pavilion (free)
Wifi
There is wifi available in all halls and rooms apart from the Tennis Pavillion
Extra information
Public liability insurance certificate - only needed for commercial groups
