Long Ashton Beer Festival - Tickets on sale 1st August 2026

Description

THE FESTIVAL
This is our 13th festival and we will as always be offering an unbeatable range of drinks from local breweries and cider makers. In recent years these have included Bristol Beer Factory, Cheddar Ales, Butcombe and Twisted Oak as well as Honey’s Cider, Nailsea Cider and Severn Cider. Freshly cooked food will be provided by The Market Kitchen, great grub at an excellent price.

HESTER MILLER (THE OLD LADY WITH THE UKELELE)
Hester is a regular performer at open mic nights around Bristol, the Malago-go Music Club and Victoria Park Festival, bringing a fabulous voice, great ukulele playing and a wonderful sense of humour.

THE SHRINKS
England’s premiere exponents of ‘Avonicana’ – that unique music that occurs where the mighty Mississippi meets the muddy Avon - more Cotham and Westbury than Country and Western, The Shrinks offer a tasty off-kilter cocktail of original songs and Americana covers played with vim.

SP3 BLUES TRIO
SP3 comprises legendary Bristol bluesman Steve Payne and guitarist Lyndon Webb, together with Yardbirds and Nine Below Zero harp man Billyboy Miskimmin.  Look forward to world class blues and boogie from three of the UK’s finest exponents.

TOTAL CLUSTERFUNK
Total Clusterfunk is a Bristol soul-funk 8-piece band with a stellar show. Comprising former members of Roni Size and Reprazent, The Federation and Massive, they bring pure energy to the stage - mixing brass-heavy funk classics, smooth soul gems and tight original tunes that are sure to get you moving!

THE TICKETS: This is a ticket only even and tickets are non-refundable.
The first release of tickets will be available online from 1st August until 31st August via the Long Ashton Community website (https://lacc.info/page/tickets).
The second release will be available from Long Ashton Post office from 1st September and will be cash only purchases.
Ticket price: The cost is £15 and includes a voucher for your first drink, a commemorative glass, a programme with tasting notes and a chance to appreciate some super music.
Money Raised: All profits are donated to the Long Ashton Community Association, an asset without which the village would be a poorer place to live.

This is an afternoon and evening of fun, laughter and an opportunity for local people to chat with their neighbours and other residents of our village. Please support the festival and enjoy yourself doing so. Doors open at 4pm and the festival finishes when the drinks are sold, usually around 11pm.
